Has a clearly defined sustainability cause to hero in the serve Mention of 5 generations and tree planting Complimentary rum flavors Throwing cocktail nicely. Strong technique. Washlines a little so so Garnish wasted from punch Very beautiful serve with dry ice and sea water Didn’t really taste sea salt from aroma.

Presentation: Touching concept, creative and linked to local Taste on the sweet and light side. It would have been great to have more of the oranges coming through and adding a balancing to the brad and nutty flavors. The rum wasn’t shining enough, likely due to the milk washing process, an idea could have been to a part milk washed and then introducing some extra flor de Cana to bring back some woodiness and spices.
