Dry strong ties to fdc brand story in his chat, how it is inspiring his ingredient choices and cocktail Garnish on side reused chickpeas/aquafaba A little sloppy straining , bigger strainer would have helped Servingware from local artisan producers I think the garnish and bar snack had too strong flavors and that took away from the cocktails taste

Presentation: A lot of confidence in the presentation and energy. A lot of brand story telling and links to each ingredients used. A bit too many quiet moments while making drinks and loosing a touch of momentum. Could have explained a bit more the bar concept for people to know better. Double strain was probably not needed and made the process a bit complicated.
